The Flint Public Library has three meeting rooms for reserved use, free of charge, by non-commercial groups or organizations of a civic, cultural, and educational character. Certain accommodations, such as lengthy use or special seating arrangements, require a fee. The conference room can also be rented by commercial groups for private meetings.
Please download and read our Meeting Room Policy and Procedures before contacting us. Note that we cannot reserve rooms until the library programming calendar is complete for the next calendar cycle, as all rooms must be first available for library programs.
Local Authors: We also have a special arrangement for local authors which allows them to book a meeting room, publicize a book event themselves, and sell their books at the event. Download Local Author Meeting Room Procedures.
