Book a half hour session with a Librarian or Subject Expert to assist with the basics of many technical and library issues.
Topics include:
- Using Tablets or Smartphones
- Downloading Ebooks and Audiobooks
- Using specialty resources such as Kindle, Lynda, Freegal, Lexis/Nexis, Pronunciator, Foundation Center, or Learning Express Library
- Basic Coding
- Social Media
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher or Word
- Local History Resources
- Using Microfilm Resources
- Uploading or Downloading pictures, music and more
Class registration requires 2 weeks of advance notice. You may book once every month. You will be matched with an expert on the subject of your choice. These sessions are to learn the basics, not for in-depth research. Please be very specific when you call about the details that you wish to learn.
