Classroom or meeting room with height-adjustable work tables and uncarpeted floor, seating 24 Classroom Style. This classroom can be combined with the adjacent classroom. If you wish to reserve both rooms, please reserve Flint Central AB on the previous page. Fees apply for bringing in food (cleaning fee), for use of the library's A/V equipment (TV if only renting Flint Central A, projector if renting Central B or both rooms), for non-standard room setups and for using the room longer than 3 hours. Staff will gladly work with you on arrangements for your meeting.
Equipment
Classroom A as a stand-alone room has less equipment available than the combined Classrooms A and B. Podium is available without a fee. Payment of an A/V fee gives access to the large screen TV on a stand when using Classroom A only (whereas you have access to the projector and screen and Zoom room capability when using both classrooms or Classroom B). Room darkening shades.
Seating
Standard setup for Flint Central A is Classroom Style, seating 24. Alternate setups by the library require a fee, or else you can set up the room yourself and put it back when finished.
