Room Setups Available

Library Branch
Large meeting room seating 16 to 40 depending on the setup. Normal setup is an enclosed square for 20. Fees apply for bringing in food (cleaning fee), for use of the library's A/V equipment, for non-standard room setups and for using the room longer than 3 hours. Food fee includes use of the kitchenette and setup of food serving table. Staff will gladly work with you on arrangements for your meeting.
Equipment
Podium is available without a fee. Payment of an A/V fee gives access to projection and sound system via your HDMI or our wireless system. Zoom room setup available. Wireless mic available. Room darkening shades.
Seating
Standard room setup is Enclosed Square seating 20. Alternate setups by the library require a fee, or else you can set up the room yourself and put it back when finished.
