Library Branch
Large meeting room seating 32 classroom style or up to 84 auditorium style. Fees apply for bringing in food (cleaning), for use of the library's A/V equipment, for non-standard room setups and for using the room longer than 3 hours. Food fee includes use of the kitchenette and setup of food serving table. Staff will gladly work with you on arrangements for your meeting.
Equipment
Podium is available without a fee. Payment of an A/V fee gives access to projection and sound system via your HDMI or our wireless system. Zoom room setup available. Wireless mic available and panel discussion setup available. Room darkening shades.
Seating
Standard room setup is Classroom Style seating 32. Alternate setups by the library require a fee, or else you can set up the room yourself and put it back when finished.
