Fees apply for bringing in food (cleaning), for use of the library's A/V equipment, for non-standard room setups and for using the room longer than 3 hours. Food fee includes use of the kitchenette and setup of food serving table. Staff will gladly work with you on arrangements for your meeting.

Large meeting room seating 16  to 40 depending on the setup. Normal setup is an enclosed square for 20. Fees apply for bringing in food (cleaning fee), for use of the library's A/V equipment, for non-standard room setups and for using the room longer than 3 hours. Food fee includes use of the kitchenette and setup of food serving table. Staff will gladly work with you on arrangements for your meeting.

The Community Room is reserved for programs with large audiences. Capacity from 60 to 150 people. Minimum fees apply for setup and cleaning, plus fees for additional services. To discuss a reservation for this room, contact rooms@fpl.info.

Classroom or meeting room with height-adjustable work tables and uncarpeted floor, seating 24 Classroom Style.  This classroom can be combined with the adjacent classroom. If you wish to reserve both rooms, please reserve Flint Central AB on the previous page. Fees apply for bringing in food (cleaning fee), for use of the library's A/V equipment (TV if only renting Flint Central A, projector if renting Central B or both rooms), for non-standard room setups and for using the room longer than 3 hours. Staff will gladly work with you on arrangements for your meeting.

Classroom or meeting room with height-adjustable work tables and uncarpeted floor, seating 24 Classroom Style. This classroom can be combined with the adjacent classroom. If you wish to reserve both rooms, reserve Flint Central AB. Double classroom seats up to 48 Classroom Style. Fees apply for bringing in food (cleaning fee), for use of the library's A/V equipment (No microphone is available for this room), for non-standard room setups and for using the room longer than 3 hours. Staff will gladly work with you on arrangements for your meeting.

Greenscreen room with audio recording equipment available or bring your own. Set up for up to 4 participants in the podcast. Participants must bring their own SD card to save recordings on. Staff approval required to use the room. Orientation required before first use.

Children's Meeting Room set up with lounge seating for 4. Intended for use in connection with children's services and child literacy. Use requires staff approval.
