Everyone is welcome to join in as Flint Neighborhoods United meets to share information about what's happening in neighborhoods, exchange ideas, and get vital information from civic and community organizations. 

Bring your little ones to engage the five practices of early literacy: read, talk, sing, play and write!

Donate your gently used books, CDs, DVDs and vinyl records. 

Drive up to the garage door and we will help you unload.

Caregivers, help your little ones explore a variety of play stations. They will love to keep busy with letters, numbers, colors, sorting, toys, and manipulative materials.

History doesn't belong in the past. Bring it to the present with a little bit of time travel. Discover how to make history fun with hands-on activities, movies, music, snacks and creativity. Ages 7-12.

UM-Flint will provide free ESL instruction for immigrants who want to become citizens.

UM-Flint’s Community Writing Center, the Rough Draft Café, provides writing support services to community members.

Create your very own stop motion film! Cameras, laptops, and some models included; feel free to get creative and bring characters of your own design.

Combine the fun brick-building of LEGOs with the exciting world of coding! No Experience necessary. The building blocks were provided by a generous donations from The Friends of the Flint Public Library.
